Aspen Open Qualifiers

So i’ve been a bit lazy………no excuses.
Got to Aspen on wednesday night. Here with Backe, Lars, Ole and Halvard to compete at the Aspen Snowmass Open. Was super excited to check out this years x-games course. Did the same thing last but can say right away that this year is way better.

Today we did the qualifiers and thing’s couldn’t have turned out any better. All of us qualified through to the finals, and myself got 3rd in my heat so i’m stoked about that. Actually did a safe-run today so I have a good feeling about tomorrow!

So there’s one guy that I haven’t seen in years that it was really cool meeting today. Henrik Lampert (american with norwegian blood) came up to aspen as he is currently working for Freeskiing Magazine. He came up to us, did a short interview and we got to talk a bit. He’s also been helping us out with getting Shred’ n Breakfast up on Freeskiers website, so check it out – www.freeskier.com

Tomorrow is semis and finals, so hoping to get all the way through and hopefully get a good result. I’ll try not to be too lazy tomorrow so I can post a small update on the results.

Yup, went from being 0 degrees celsius to being -25. Nothing worse then skiing when it’s that cold outside.
